I've done photography since I was a child. I started with film cameras, moved to digital, then studied black and white film. I was teacher's assistant in high school and tutored the class with Photoshop. I've spent hours in dark rooms, I even had my own for a short period of time as a teen.
I first hoped to go to school for Graphic Design but decided I wanted to use art to transform community. I focused on Art Therapy while cultivating design skills in free time.

I graduated from Evergreen state College with a BA in Arts Emphasized in psychology. I used photography as a tool for artistic expression while learning about consciousness, mental health, and trauma.
I've designed logos for local businesses. I've made stylistic pamphlets, wedding invitations, album art. I've photographed musicians, dancers, families, real estate. I've organized performances and film productions.Its a fun journey and one of my favorite hobbies!
